A note from Shannon
I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and this community has shaped every part of how I work. After graduating from the International Baccalaureate high school program, I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Tampa — a foundation that still informs how I lead, listen, and coach today.
Since 2008, I've built my career in real estate, most recently in executive leadership of an independent brokerage of about 200 agents, where I led strategy, operations, and the programs that help our agents and clients thrive. I love being in a profession that is constantly evolving, and I strive every day to provide our clients with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Outside the office, you'll find me giving back — supporting local charities, mentoring, and staying active in the Tampa Bay community that gave me so much.
